A high-density, residential-led, mixed-use masterplan, delivering over 1,400 apartments, 50,000 sq. ft. of office/education space and an active and vibrant public realm which will contribute to the reignition of the local town centre.

We are acting as Developer, Contractor and Asset Manager, responsible for the site sourcing and acquisition, site assembly, feasibility, planning and stakeholder.

We have held initial meetings with the Local Authority leadership team to discuss our proposals, and they are excited to see this project come forward in phases in the years ahead.
