RISE PROJECTS

In its first year of operation RISE has provided services to a range of UK and international clients across a broad spectrum of sectors and projects: A 300-unit BTR scheme, 900 student apartments, 1 million sq.ft mixed-use development in London, a 500,000 sq.ft mixed-use development in Manchester, and the redevelopment of a major sporting venue.

PRIOR TO FOUNDING RISE

Prior to establishing RISE, the company’s founders worked together in leadership positions responsible for delivering over 10 million sq.ft of international development projects with a gross development value of over £10bn.

Their previous projects - some of which are highlighted below - include Europe’s largest retail and leisure destination, luxury apartments, hotels, offices, affordable and student housing, event venues, public spaces, major transport hubs and infrastructure projects.
