We are a young company with a leadership team that has considerable experience in all major asset classes.

Our leadership team are experts in their fields and are supported by a multidisciplinary team of experienced property professionals.
Simon Cochrane - co-founder
Simon has over 25 years’ international experience in running mixed-use design and development projects across the UK, California, Milan, Brussels, Hamburg, Paris, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Simon specialises in directing architects and design teams through masterplanning, design, planning and development phases.
Notable projects include Olympic Gateway project Stratford City, Century City in Los Angeles, and Croydon where he led the buy-out of JV partner, Hammerson PLC, in 2022.
Keith Whitmore - co-founder
Keith has over 40 years’ experience of running multi-million-pound development and construction projects across the UK and Europe. Keith has considerable experience across all the asset classes, as well as some of the most complex and technically challenging infrastructure developments in London.
Major projects include Europe’s largest retail and leisure destination, nationwide distribution centres and superstores for Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda, large residential projects in Westminster and Newham, and Stratford City, gateway to London’s Olympic Park.
Kieran Hobbs - co-founder
Kieran is a specialist in mixed-use development having delivered projects with a combined gross development value of over £4billion. Kieran’s expertise spans acquisition through to asset management of major projects including residential, build-to-rent, student accommodation, premium hotels and large scale office.
He managed the inception and development of some of the UK’s most high profile projects including One Blackfriars, White City Park, and Coppermaker Square in Stratford, one of the largest and highest specification build-to-rent projects in the UK.
As an independent company, we are agile and decisive.
