Prior to founding RISE and whilst employed by Unibail Rodamco Westfield (URW), the owners were responsible for conception of a new masterplan for one of London's largest regeneration opportunities, securing the support of the Local Authority and GLA as part of the process. The revised masterplan includes new homes, a significant new office hub and a variety of retail / leisure, student and hospitality uses.

The URW project leadership team led on the creation of an investment strategy which underpinned the successful acquisition of Hammerson's 50% share of the project. This is fundamental to the delivery of the project which is currently making substantial progress.
