Prior to founding RISE, the owners were employed directly by Westfield and led the projects inception, financing, development management and construction. It represented Westfields first major residential project in the UK and is recognised as best in class in the sector.

The project was delivered successfully on budget and ahead of programme, against a backdrop of Covid-19 and during a period of significant inflation. The project has set a new value benchmark in the local sub-market.
