Our team was responsible for acquiring this landmark London development out of receivership on an unconditional basis. We were responsible for all the deal due diligence, financing and execution of the deal. Our team secured planning permission for the £1bn project and established the vision, positioning and investment strategy for the hotel, overseeing a market process for section of a funding and operating partner.
The project is considered one of London’s most iconic and successful residential schemes and has set a new price point for London’s South Bank.
