14 WESTFIELD AVENUE
A new build BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated commercial office building, set within a new business district neighbourhood in East London with a roof terrace, double height lobby and public realm.
Prior to founding RISE, the owners held leadership positions within the Westfield Project Team, responsible for conception and development of HMRC's UK HQ building adjacent to London's Olympic Park.
A full pre let of the building was secured alongside a turnkey disposal to L&G through a forward funding structure. The Westfield Project Team were responsible for construction of the building and also acted as Development Manager. The project was delivered ahead of programme and under budget.
