A 35-storey Student Housing project completed in East London, delivering 1100 apartments and associated common areas. Launched immediately after the London 2012 Olympic Games, Stratford One was delivered for Unite Student Housing.

Using innovative modular construction techniques, it won several major awards when it opened to students on time and under budget.

Prior to founding RISE, the owners held leadership positions within the Westfield development, design and construction team that delivered the project.
