On a tight site in Manchester's Piccadilly Basin we developed, for planning, a scheme consisting of two tall buildings by Simpson Haugh Architects. One, a 510 apartment residential tower and the other, a 250,000 sq. ft commercial office building.

We acted as Developer, establishing the feasibility and setting the spatial and commercial brief for the site, appointing the consultant team, engaging with stakeholders and the local authority. The project received outline consent in Summer 2023.
