We delivered a 4 million sqft commercial, campus-style masterplan and strategic development plan for the football club as part of an ongoing engagement with Leeds United Football Club and The Lowy Family Group.

Our team are working closely with the City Council and Regional Authority to secure the appropriate planning policy alignment and National Government funding agreement for Leeds mass transit system, the first phase of which would be to serve Elland Road.

We are responsible for the masterplan and stadium project leadership and management, on behalf of the football club and its investors.
