Our leadership team has developed and delivered some of the UK’s largest and most complex mixed-use projects, from internationally renowned retail and leisure destinations Westfield London and Stratford City, contemporary workspaces, event venues, hotels, and major residential-led projects, including One Blackfriars and the recently launched Coppermaker Square.

KIERAN HOBBS
Kieran has a track record in residential-led development across Build-to-Rent, student accommodation and hotels, having worked on award-winning projects with a combined gross development value of over £4 billion. Notable projects include One Blackfriars, Battersea Reach, Lexicon London, White City Place, and Coppermaker Square in Stratford, one of the largest Build-to-Rent projects in the UK.
SIMON COCHRANE
Simon has over 25 years’ international experience in mixed-use design and development projects across the UK, California, Milan, Brussels, Hamburg, Paris, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Simon was instrumental in Westfield Group’s highest profile development projects including global flagship, Westfield London, Olympic Gateway project Stratford City, Century City in Los Angeles, and Croydon where he led the buy-out of JV partner, Hammerson PLC, in 2022.
KEITH WHITMORE
Keith has over 40 years’ experience of leading construction and development teams on multi-million-pound mixed-use developments. Significant projects include Westfield London, Europe’s largest retail and leisure destination, Next Plc’s Headquarters, distrubution centres and superstores for Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda. Keith led the team delivering Westfield Stratford City, gateway to London’s Olympic Park, encompassing retail, leisure, offices, hotels, apartments, and transport and public realm infrastructure for the London Olympics.
