WHO WE ARE

We are a forward thinking property development and investment company. We specialise in the creation of sustainably driven, mixed-use developments that generate exceptional value for our partners, stakeholders, and leave lasting legacies for their communities.

Our leadership team has developed and delivered some of the UK’s largest and most complex mixed-use projects, from internationally renowned retail and leisure destinations Westfield London and Stratford City, contemporary workspaces, event venues, hotels, and major residential-led projects, including One Blackfriars and the recently launched Coppermaker Square.

As an independent company, we are agile and decisive. Environmental innovation, design excellence, collaboration, trust and integrity are hallmarks of our approach.

RISE was founded by Simon Cochrane, Keith Whitmore and Kieran Hobbs.
